Resilience out of Difficulty

The seeds of resilience are often sown in struggle, difficulty, challenge, and even brokenness. Resilience is then reaped in lessons learned, in growth, in potential, in strengths utilized, and in compassion for one’s journey and the journey of others.

Resilience is indeed a life long journey with peaks and valleys and the voyage to the top is not without trials. The key is perseverance, perspective, and examination of strengths and lessons along the way. The joy is not in the destination but in every view that causes us growth and thriving along the way.
