Joyful June!

A few days late but never too late to have a Joyful June!

May was Mental Health Awareness Month.

June is about cultivating true and lasting joy that is unaffected by circumstances.

The VIA character strengths focuses this month on: Perseverance, Hope, and Zest!

With focus on these strengths one perseveres to see how the challenges encountered can lead to growth and resilience, hope is the cognitive ability used to work towards growth and a better tomorrow, and zest is the enthusiasm for the journey. All these are akin and of similar character to resilience and can be focused on regardless of circumstance, for it all begins with our mindset!

For tips on how to be more resilient, joyful, perseverant, hopeful, and zest-filled this June, use the calendars below and connect by clicking on the CARE links below for a consultation!

Have a Joyful June!

“Resilience is not the absence of difficulty. Resilience is not denying or ignoring difficulty. Resilience is the ability to transform from difficulty. It is the ability to meet challenges head on and transcend difficulty and flourish beyond it.” ~CEA
